Thiago at £7.8m with a 2.0 form and 8.9% ownership is the toughest call, expensive enough that selling now locks in a loss but cheap on form to justify patience without more data. James at 0.6 form is the more clear-cut case among the two, the weakest number on this list, though only four gameweeks separate a slump from a settled decline.

Default to holding through fallers you already own unless the form gap is extreme, and only chase risers who are both cheap and low owned, like Schade or Bogle, since that is where the upside outweighs the risk of reacting to a small sample.
